Replacement Batteries, Lubricants, Parts and Repairs 

Additional Batteries. Sidekick uses 12-volt Black & Decker. Balloon Hero requires 24-volt Black & Decker. Prices vary. Also, once out of warranty, our pumps can generally be economically repaired should buttons, compressors or  mechanism wear out. Call 585-746-7082 if you own one of our pumps and are in need of service, batteries, lubricating oil or replacement items (like 160 adaptors)

24-inch Extender Hose

$9.00. Clear, flexible 24-inch extension to nozzle for extra working flexibility. One end slips over 260 nozzle of Balloon Hero, Sidekick or Gemini. Goes off and on easily with minimal pressure loss. Has another 260 nozzle at the working end which also accepts 160 adaptor. Add $3.00 domestic U.S. shipping.

Shipping Time. Orders are typically shipped 1-3 days after they are received, depending on availability. This means orders arrive anywhere between 2 and 5 days after they are placed. Our standard shipping practice is to use U.S. Postal Service Standard Flat Rate Boxes. In a hurry? Call us and we will see what we can do to expedite your order.
